Chief Executive Officer
Shea Helmle serves as the CEO of WNS-HealthHelp. In this role, Shea is responsible for the WNS-HealthHelp strategic growth plan and leading the HealthHelp Executive Management Team. Most recently, Shea served as SVP and Chief Product Officer of Optum’s Payer Product and Growth Enablement division, where he spearheaded the organization’s Payer portfolio, new product development, and growth. Prior to joining Optum, Shea’s role as VP, Insurance Operations at Clover Health entailed managing claims, enrollment and payment integrity for their Medicare Advantage product while streamlining platforms for efficiency. While at Florida Blue, Mr. Helmle served as Claims Payment Integrity Director, focusing on trends, risks, data analysis, and IT implementations, ensuring payment integrity, efficiency, and cost savings. Shea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Xavier University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Todd Sabath serves as the Chief Development Officer of WNS-HealthHelp. In this role, Todd is responsible for all business development, client services and revenue operations. Prior to WNS, Todd held various leadership positions at Optum, Exela Technologies, and Medical Mutual.
Vice President, Human Resources
Adrienne Jacobs serves as Vice President, Human Resources for WNS-HealthHelp. Adrienne is an accomplished HR professional with experience building effective “people processes” for growth companies. Over the years, she has earned the reputation of being able to attract quality talent, build great corporate cultures, and foster uncommonly high levels of employee engagement and retention. She has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration (HR Management Concentration), from the New York Institute of Technology.
Chief Data Officer
Chief Data Officer, Rolland Ho, holds over twenty years of experience in healthcare data and analytics. In his role at HealthHelp, Rolland is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data operations and analytics strategy using his strong knowledge of data management and governance, expertise in data analytics tools, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Prior to joining HealthHelp, Rolland served in various capacities, including Chief Analytics Officer, Vice President of Data Science and Client Analytics, and Vice President of Artificial Intelligence in the medical benefits and payor industry. Rolland holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
Vice President – IT
Vice President of IT, Mark Galvan, began his career at HealthHelp in 2001 as a Senior Software Developer with progressing roles as Director of Technical Implementations and VP of IT, Infrastructure. He currently serves as Corporate Vice President – Information Technology. In his role, Mark oversees the strategic planning, development, and implementation of HealthHelp’s technology initiatives to support and enhance the company’s operations. In addition to his role at HealthHelp, Mark is also President and founder of ESX Engineering; his extensive experience in software development and IT leadership drives innovation and efficiency across professional endeavors.
Vice President – Operations
Corporate Vice President of Operations, Ankit Vijay, became part of the WNS team in April 2012, and later joined HealthHelp operations in April 2017 as the General Manager of Strategic Initiatives. In his role as Vice President of Operations, Ankit is responsible for managing and enhancing performance in critical areas such as the virtual contact center, clinical operations, workforce planning, and customer implementations. Working closely with the executive team, he strives to deliver exceptional operational support to HealthHelp's customers, providers, and members while achieving operational and financial goals.
Senior Vice President – Practice Management
Senior Vice President Practice Lead, John Hoffman, has nearly twenty years of healthcare experience across the payer and provider markets. In his role at HealthHelp, John leads and manages the Client Services team, working with HealthHelp businesses and clients. John's leadership and analytical skills drive the development and execution of client service strategies, ensuring exceptional customer experience and revenue growth. Prior to joining HealthHelp, John served as Vice President and General Manager of Payer Market Solutions at Optum. Earlier in his career at Optum, John spent a number of years in senior roles across Optum’s Payment Integrity business. John graduated from Syracuse University.
Senior Vice President - Product
Senior Vice President Product Lead, George Gjermano, brings more than 20 years of technology and healthcare experience across the full value chain of healthcare (payers, providers, services, medical devices, and pharma). He has had various roles in his career including management consulting with McKinsey, product and strategy with Pfizer, growth strategy lead for Ambulatory Care and most recent benefit management product lead with Elevance Health. Since 2022, he has lead the product teams for HealthHelp.
Sr. Clinical Advisor
Dr. Rahul Singal serves as Senior Clinical Advisor and Acting Chief Medical Officer for HealthHelp. With over 20 years of health care experience as a CMO, CEO, scientist, practicing internist and health care information technology entrepreneur, Dr. Singal has led product innovation and clinical oversight in various capacities. Founding and co-founding several organizations, his various health care technology companies focused on improving health outcomes for patients, physicians and payers. Two of these companies were recognized by Inc. 500 as the fastest growing companies in the U.S. ranking #25 in 2008 and #103 in 2013, respectively. Dr. Singal is a graduate of Stanford Medical School and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine
Medical Director for Integrative Oncology
Dr. Amin Mirhadi is a board-certified Radiation Oncologist, who currently serves as a Faculty Physician at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, in the Department of Radiation Oncology and the the Samuel Oschin Cancer Center. His primary clinical and research interests include breast cancer, lung cancer, and brain tumors, with an emphasis on utilizing techniques which deliver minimal amounts of radiation to the surrounding normal tissue, such as Image Guided Radiosurgery, Optical Surface Tracking and various other motion management techniques. Dr. Mirhadi has published several articles in prestigious journals and has written 5 chapters for widely used textbooks. At Cedars-Sinai, Dr. Mirhadi has focused his research and departmental development efforts on enhanced localization techniques, an aspect of Radiation Oncology that allows for more precisely guided radiation therapy. He has also served as the medical director for oncology services for HealthHelp since 2012. During his tenure here, he is over seen the development and refinement of all of the cancer related programs including radiation oncology, medical oncology, cancer imaging and various surgical and biopsy programs. In addition, he has cultivated and developed a Virtual Tumor Board program which has been instrumental in providing a better connection between the provider community and review physicians and is the first of its kind in the area of cancer management.
Medical Director of Musculoskeletal Services
Dr. Harbinder Chadha is an orthopaedic surgeon affiliated with Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center and Scripps Mercy Hospital. He holds certification from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of professional organizations including the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the Western Orthopaedic Association and the California Medical Association. For his undergraduate degree, Dr. Chadha attended Alma College, graduating summa cum laude. He pursued his medical degree at the Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Chadha completed his residency training at the university’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, followed by a fellowship program in adult reconstruction at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation.
Medical Director of Oncology Surgical Services and Endoscopic Services
Dr. Mahtabifard obtained his B.A. degree from University of California at Berkeley, CA and his M.D. from New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY. He had his Internship and Residency in General Surgery at the St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center affiliated with New York Medical College, NY. Following a two year Research Fellowship in Thoracic Surgery at the Memorial Sloane-Kettering Cancer Center, Cornell University, New York, NY, Dr. Mahtabifard did a residency in General Surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University, Boston, MA. After a two year of Residency in Cardiothoracic Surgery at University of California at Davis, Sacramento, CA and a year of Fellowship in Advanced Thoracic and Video Assisted Thoracic Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA, Dr. Mahtabifard settled down in Private Practice of Thoracic Surgery in Beverly Hills, CA. He is also the current Clinical Chief of Thoracic Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Medical Director of Cardiology
Dr. Ali Homayuni is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Medicine/Endovascular Medicine and Echocardiography. He received his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center Collage of Medicine, and completed his residency at Staten Island University Hospital in Internal Medicine. Dr. Homayuni has been in practice as a trusted cardiologist for more than 20 years. He is affiliated with Murray-Calloway County Hospital and has been recognized by Castle Connolly as a top doctor since 1991.
